I hope you are doing well! Today I want to share the a new #ChallengeACraftyFriend card with you. This time the challenge was: Window Card! So I decided to use a Lawn Fawn backdrop die to create my trifold window card with a little surprise on the inside!
If you would like to see how I made this card just click on the video below or just keep reading!
First,
I stamped all my images onto Neenah cardstock and colored all of them
using Copic markers. Since I knew some images would be visible through the window on the inside I wanted to have the backs of them colored as well to I used mirror stamping for the typewriter and the desk lamp! Then, they were cut out using the Brother
Scan'n'Cut.

Using partial die cutting, I die cut the Foursquare Backdrop into the front of a card base. Then I die cut the backdrop a second time for the inside. I cut down a piece of acetate, adhered it behind the window opening and added the second window die cut on the inside of the card for a finished look when you open the card. I ink blended a background on a second card base to create a trifold card design. I used the hillside and cloudy stencils from Lawn Fawn for this. For the sky I used Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean and for the hill I used Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn. I also added some dandelion bits to the background and heat embossed them in clear glitter and added some splatters using Liquid Pixie Dust.
I used tape runner to adhere the two card bases together (you can see exactly how I did it in the video).
Finally I added all my images onto the scene, making sure to hide the little dandy mice on the inside to keep them a surprise!!
I really hope you enjoyed this one! I really had lots of fun making it!
